Q:
Can I have one of your personalized products custom designed for
me if I only have 1 store?
A: Yes. Depending on the item, a complete display holding between
2-4 of each name will give you a design suitable to your location.
Q:
Would I have to purchase huge quantities?
A: No. All that is required is the purchase of a complete display.
Q:
What if your display doesn't fit in my store?
A: Since we make our own displays, we can customize them to fit
your space and décor.
Q:
What if I want to put our store or area's name on your other items?
A: All of our items can be decorated to accommodate your needs.
Call our office and customer service will explain your product options.
Q:
How long does it take to produce a custom design?
A: Anywhere from 1-4 weeks, depending on ideas and samples provided
by you.
Q:
How long before I would receive my opening order?
A: On most items about 3 weeks after approval of the artwork. However,
ceramic and glass items need 3-6 weeks for actual decorated samples
sent to you for approval. Upon approval, another 6-8 weeks are needed
to ship the first order.

What about reorders?
A: Reorders are shipped within a week.
Q:
Can I pick the names I want on my personalized rack?
A: No. Many manufacturers only do a handful of names, 72 or 96.
We do over 200 names to accommodate a wider range of customers.
Also, we periodically adjust our lists to reflect the changes in
popularity of different names.
Q:
I am a souvenir wholesaler and I would like to distribute some of
your products. Do you have a distributor pricing program?
A: Yes. However, we don't have an all-purpose program as each product
has different requirements, but we'll be glad to work with you on
any item.
Q:
What if I want a custom pewter piece, is this expensive?
A: Since every piece is different, it is impossible to quote a blanket
price but we are known for reasonable pricing and quantities. Give
us a call and we will be happy to discuss your needs with no obligation.
Q:
How do you turn off the Radica games?
A: All Radica games have an "auto-off" feature. The games
will automatically turn off after being idle for approximately 1
minute.
Q:
Can we buy games directly from Casino Gifts & Games, Inc.?
A: Yes. Generally we are wholesale to retail accounts. However,
we will sell the games at an average retail price to individuals.
Q:
What is the maximum number of points I can get in Klondike Solitaire?
A: 5,999 points if you are using the timer, 745 points without the
timer.
Q:
How do I get the games out of demo mode?
A: Press New Game.
Q:
On the Pocket Poker game, will I lose the points accumulated in
one game mode if I switch to the other game mode?
A: Yes, you will lose the points accumulated.
Q:
How do you get 10,000 points on the Pocket Slot Game?
A: For 10,000 points you must get three 7's in a row, all on the
bottom line.
